Post ressurection Jesus encounters.
Jesus called Peter to:
1. FISH WHEN HE SHOULDN’T BE ABLE TO CATCH AND THEY FILLED THE NET …
2. “FOLLOW” ME …
Peter saw Jesus do miracles and so much more.
3. PETER RECOGNIZED JESUS AS THE MESSIAH …
Yet when Jesus was arrested:
1. Peter denied even knowing Jesus and ran away
2. Peter returned to his old job – fishing
Jesus met Peter again after His resurrection after a night of fruitless fishing:
1. When fish filled the net – Peter rushed to shore to meet Jesus
2. Jesus walked with Peter and questioned his love.
3. Jesus asked Peter to “FOLLOW ME” yet again
3. Jesus asked Peter to “FOLLOW ME” yet again
PETER WAS TRUE TO THAT CALL TO THE VERY END!
