Five things that deplete our souls:

1. People – draining people deplete our souls
   
2. Negativity
   
3. Busyness
   
4. Problems
   
5. Coveting

Our part in restoring our souls:

1. Sleep
2. Rest
3. Reflect
4. Diversion
5. Ministry

None of this matters unless God does his part:

1. Psalm 23:2 (NAS): “He makes me lie down in green pastures;” – he meets with us
2. Psalm 23:2 (NAS): “He leads me beside quiet waters.”
3. Psalm 23:3 (NAS): “He restores my soul.”

Take time this week and meet with God.
